de pe windows xp nu mai pot deschide forumul deloc(cam de o luna).mai are cineva aceasta problema?

Pe PC am Windows XP, pe care cateodata imi da eroare la incarcarea paginii web, insa dau de 2-3 ori refresh la pagina si isi revine!
Pe laptop am Windows 7...merge bine...deocamdata!

de pe xp cand vreau sa deschid incepe un fel de barait si se blocheaza laptopul si foarte greu se inchide pagina pe urma
