British auto maker Jaguar is in celebrating mode this year, as one of its iconic models, the Type E, is passing into its second half century of life. The legacy of the Type E and what it meant for the automotive industry is making others react to the anniversary as well. Vizualtech, a Swedish design firm with an obvious passion for the model, presented this week a model they like to call Growler E 2011 concept. A weird, yet not at all bad looking combination between the retro lines seen on the Type E and the more modern mechanics of the XKR.
